A 45-minute studio or video call to look at inspiration and the venue together.

Proposal & mood board
An itemised quote with a mood board, palette and seasonal flower list.
Within a week of the call

Deposit to book
A [30%] deposit secures your date; the balance is due [14 days] before.

Final walkthrough
Confirm numbers, floor plan, set-up times and any substitutions.

The day
We set up, stay through the ceremony and clear down on the venue's schedule.

Questions
How far ahead should we book?
9–12 months, especially for November–February, Thailand's busiest wedding season. Small weddings can be quicker if the date is free.
What if our flowers aren't available?
Imported stems can be affected by weather and freight. We tell you ahead and suggest close matches in the same palette, of equal value.
What is the deposit, and is it refundable?
A [30%] deposit holds the date. It isn't refundable but can move once with [90 days'] notice (set your real policy).
Is set-up and clear-down included?
Included in Bangkok. Outside Bangkok we add the team's travel and accommodation at cost.
Can we see a mock-up first?
Yes — Grand includes one mock-up; for other packages it's an add-on from ฿3,500.
