Proposal & mood board
An itemised quote with a mood board, palette and seasonal flower list.
Within a week of the call

Deposit to book
A [30%] deposit secures your date; the balance is due [14 days] before.
When you're ready

Final walkthrough
Confirm numbers, floor plan, set-up times and any substitutions.
4–6 weeks before

The day
We set up, stay through the ceremony and clear down on the venue's schedule.
